With many years experience working with American and overseas universities, we specialise in taking the hassle out of arranging student accommodation in central London for study abroad programmes.
We deal directly with apartment owners on your behalf and take care of all the details, such as rental agreements, inventories and utilities.
Our property manager and his team will be there to greet you at your apartment, show you around and explain everything.
Our apartments are available throughout the year and are carefully chosen to provide comfortable housing for groups of students, visiting academics and faculty members.
They are all in popular tourist areas, within London's 'Zone 1' transport system and close to major universities, including the University of London and the London School of Economics as well as the British Library. Needless to say, London's wealth of theatres, museums, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions are on your doorstep. Our current properties are in the Great Portland Street, Baker Street, Regent's Park, Bloomsbury and Marylebone areas.
Our well furnished, self-contained two-bedroom apartments will house four students in twin-bedded rooms. The living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms are always nicely equipped and every apartment comes with TV and bed linen. Telephone and wireless broadband are available, and servicing can also be arranged. Cleaning charges apply at the end of the tenancy.
Rental charges in shared accommodation range from £160 per student per week (including utilities).
