Euracom has over 20 years experience in working with American universities on study abroad programmes.
Student groups often encounter considerable difficulty in dealing directly with apartment owners. At Euracom we deal with owners and students; taking care of agreements, inventories and utility companies and taking away the hassle from both students and universities.
On your arrival in London our property manager and his team will be there to meet and greet you and explain procedures.
Apartments are available throughout the year in central London locations for student groups on accredited courses and study abroad programmes.
Apartments house a minimum of four students in twin-bedded rooms. All apartments have a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Our apartments are carefully chosen to provide comfortable housing for groups of students, visiting academics and faculty members. They are centrally located in tourist areas within easy reach of London's Zone 1 transport network and close to London University, London School of Economics and the British Library. London's wealth of shops, theatres, restaurants, bars and major tourist attractions are on your doorstep.
Apartments are well furnished and equipped and provide televisions, bed linen, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Students are responsible for keeping their flats clean - servicing can be arranged if required.
Current properties are in the Great Portland Street, Baker Street, Regent's Park, Bloomsbury and Marylebone areas.
Rentals charges, to include utilities, range from £160 per student per week. Telephones and wireless internet are available - chargeable at £10 per apartment per week. Cleaning charges apply at the end of the tenancy.
