Arrival details: Please note that on Monday to Friday the Lettings Office is open from 8:30am until midnight and until 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. The Lettings Office and Reception is located at 4 Maltings Place, 37 Tanner Street, London SE1 3LF.

Check-in is from 2pm. Please advise us at what time you will be checking-in. If you need to check-in after office hours or at weekends please advise us as soon as possible as we will need to send you instructions on how to collect the keys.

Rates: The rates are inclusive of all utilities (except telephone calls that are charged at the standard BT rate), weekly maid service, towel and linen change, digital TV and broadband connection (subject to availability), on-site management and maintenance.
