Checkout our new look website

We, at Euracom, are committed to doing our utmost to provide our prospective customers with everything they need to make informed choices about their forthcoming stay in London.  With this in mind, we have recently updated our website, which although already very accessible, is now far more ‘user friendly’ and easier to navigate.

This month we’ll take a tour around the new-look website design, identify where everything is located and show you how easy it is to book your perfect serviced apartment, in a location that’s best suited to your needs.

See a visual guide of our improvements › (Opens in new tab)

  1. Home Page

On entering our attractive, newly designed website https://www.euracom.co.uk/serviced-apartments-london/

you’ll reach the ‘home screen’.  Here you can make your initial search into what we have to offer.  By entering some simple information into each of the sub headings (listed below) you’ll be able to make a good start to finding the perfect apartment within the city.  From your desired location within London to the apartment type and number of bedrooms available, you’ll get an idea of just what is available in that particular area.  If what you find doesn’t suit you, you can then easily modify your search to another area perhaps, or opt for a larger or smaller apartment.

  2. Apartment location

Click here to find the range of locations on offer in the capital. Simply click on the area you desire.

  3. Apartment type

Click here to decide how many bedrooms you’ll need.

  4. Check in date

Fill in the intended dates of your stay.

  5. Search now

Simply click this button to see what apartments are available with respect to the information you have entered.

  6. ‘Enquire now’ and ‘Find out more’ buttons.

The above section is a very valuable first step in your search.  After entering your requests you’ll be able to consider the apartments matching your search.  From here you can select any of these options, clicking on either ‘Find out More’, which will provide you with more details about the apartment in question, or ‘Enquire Now’, where you’ll be asked to fill in additional details like the number of adults and children in your party.

Scrolling further down the Home Page you’ll also see some of our currently featured apartments, along with a location map which pinpoints the whereabouts of all of our apartments. Just a simple click of the mouse over each ‘location balloon’ and you’ll get a ‘pop up’ screen which details a specific serviced apartment in that area. To obtain more details from the ‘pop up’, simply click on the name of the apartment in question.  It’s that simple!

As well as this, our new look home page gives you ‘Help & advice finding your London apartment’

The three sub headings to look for are;

  1. Your personal apartment finder

Our ‘personal apartment finder service’ has been developed to make your experience of finding and renting a London apartment as easy as possible.  By simply clicking on the blue ‘get your personal apartment finder now’ button, you’ll be able to enter your specific requirements.  Then, one of our ‘personal apartment finders’ (one of our experts), will match your requirements with your perfect London apartment and call you back to finalise the details of your stay.

  2. International resident help and support

Clicking on this button will enable our international visitors to find out how we can help you to find your perfect apartment.  From foreign students and tourists to overseas companies looking to relocate, we recognise the difficulties you may face finding the perfect apartment from overseas, without the right knowledge and expertise on the ground in London.  That’s why our experts are once again there to help.

  3. Budget short term apartment rental

Finding a London apartment if you are on a budget can be hard to find.  Not so at Euracom, for our specialists can help you to find, clean, affordable apartment rentals at the very best prices. Put your faith in our ‘personal apartment finder’ who’ll find an apartment to match your requirements, location and budget, without hassle.

Home Page ’extras’

  1. Monthly Highlights

As well providing all the above information, you’ll also be able to take a look at monthly highlights such as advice to students, families and corporates regarding the benefits of serviced apartment rental.

  2. Euracom’s London Blog

This often entertaining feature covers a wide range of topics related to London.  From advice on the best entertainment within the city; its ‘hidden gems’; to pointers on staying in London when on business.

Other features to explore

Now we’ll take a closer look at some other features in the header at the top of the page.

  1. ‘Select Language’ button

A very important feature of our new-look website, and especially useful to our overseas clients, is the ‘select language’ button.  With options ranging from Hebrew to Chinese (and everything in between), international visitors will certainly find this an excellent addition, enabling them to access the website far more easily, in their own language.

  2. ‘Locations’ tab– This will take you directly to the myriad of locations of our serviced apartments within London. (See Home Page section- location balloons).  Scroll down this section to find our A to Z of apartments available in many of London’s prime locations.

Below are just 3 examples of our most popular properties.

We are so grateful for such positive feedback

We often hear our customers saying, ‘London is the place to be!’  Well it certainly is, although how often do you hear people speak about the accommodation they have been staying at during their trip to our glorious capital?  Often, you’ll find people saying, ’Where we stayed was okay but very expensive for what we got.’  Or maybe something along these lines, ‘Mmm, yes well, the place wasn’t large enough to swing a cat round and it was way out of the centre of the city.’

We, here at Euracom, have done our very best to ensure that none of these adverse comments apply to us.  We can proudly say, from the positive feedback that we have received over the years, from a substantial number of clients, that Euracom provides just what the customer needs, great service, great apartments in prime locations with great, competitive prices.

We love hearing such positive feedback- it means an awful lot to us and it’s what makes our job worthwhile.  For we know that although we can extol the virtues of all our apartments, saying how economical and fabulous they are and then tell you how great our service is, there is no better testimonial to our efforts than when you take the trouble to send us your incredible comments, recommending that Euracom is only place to go for an affordable, yet comfortable stay.

Here are just a few of the comments which have delighted us, coming from all over the world.

‘Thank you Euracom, we have had a wonderful stay in your apartment. It is very convenient, clean, near to lots of great sites and very comfortable. Thank you for your service. We visited the London Eye and plenty of other places and had a very nice journey in London. We will warmly recommend you to our friends and family‘

Doron Stein, Israel

‘From the outset, thank you for making our London visit a pleasurable experience! What we liked about dealing with Euracom is there was no pressure whatsoever and Robert was very patient with us - that helped build trust. We inspected the apartment prior to confirming the same - again, no pressure whatsoever. The process of booking the apartment was simple, transparent and quick. Our request for credit card payment was accommodated, which made it very easy. Wendy at Endsleigh Court was very helpful and showed us two apartment options. When we arrived at the apartment, everything was in order! The apartment was beyond our expectation, very clean, airy, lots of light and ventilation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience dealing with Robert as well as the team at Endsleigh Court. Special shout out for Wendy and the front desk team at Endsleigh Court who were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend both Euracom and Endsleigh Court to friends and family and look forward to our future stays there.‘

Vaishali Jaising, India

‘The booking process through Euracom was easy and our e-mail enquiries were always answered quickly with helpful, clear answers. The apartment itself was comfortable and suitable for our needs in a great location. I would recommend Euracom to my friends and family.‘

Michael and Juliana Whiteman, Australia

‘I would absolutely recommend working with Euracom.  The staff always quickly answered our demands, we really appreciated their help on many occasions and we cannot wait to book with them again!‘

Shlomo Hauser, Israel

‘Dear Euracom A Home in London - I have used Euracom for over 9 years now and I can say without a doubt it has been amazing on all of my holiday trips. I usually stay at Hampden house, which you refer to as budget, but I call it luxury for the simple fact it’s clean, it’s spacious and the location is great. The speed that you respond to enquiries, complaints or requests is amazing, you are so professional in everything you do. From bookings to check in‘s, to staying in, to the departure, everything is faultless. The staff are always so lovely, polite and kind. You always make us feel like royalty. I have stayed in many other apartments in London over the years, however none of them compare to the service that you provide us with. Last month, I had to stay in Bloomsbury because Hampden House was not available, they made sure I got the best services and the flat was spotless. I have recommended Euracom to loads of friends and family and they always call back to say thank you! I also wanted to use this as a great opportunity to say a big thank you to Kelly, who is always finding a way to accommodate me and my budget, Robert, Joe and Tania for all their continued help. You have given my family a home in London.‘

‘It’s been a pleasure dealing with Euracom. Response time is very good. Your prices are reasonable for your locations. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.‘

Enitan Solarin, Nigeria

‘We would like to thank all of you at Euracom for a first -class service and hopefully we will meet up again in the not too distant future‘.

Mike Ryan, Argentina

‘Thanks for the great service again, Euracom. My queries were promptly answered and the staff at the apartment were also very co-operative and helpful. I will certainly get in touch with you next time I‘m travelling to London‘.

Farzana Ali, India

‘I have found booking through Euracom an easy experience. The apartments have always been clean and comfortable with everything needed, and the staff at Euracom and at Endsleigh Court have always been friendly and helpful and the rates are very reasonable.‘

Robert Brian Bunton, Australia

‘ Great accommodation, prime location, excellent service and helpful staff. Rented a 3- bedroom apartment and it felt like home within first night! Top service, with hotel-like amenities but within the comfort of a cosy home.‘

Samar Mokbel, Lebanon

‘We have stayed in your Bloomsbury apartments more than once... It is one of our favourite places in London for many reasons: it is somewhere between a hotel and an apartment, with some of the advantages of each. It is very well located, clean and the staff are very friendly. The price is very fair and all in all it is always a very positive experience coming back. We have recommended Euracom to others and will continue to do so.‘

Ahuva Passow-Whitman, Israel

‘ Our stay in London was most enjoyable... From our initial enquiry, Euracom were very helpful with our apartment selection and booking. The reception staff were also very accommodating and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for our needs and plenty of room for our family of four. The location was ideal being within walking distance of public transport, parks, restaurants and shops. We will certainly contact Euracom again for future bookings.‘

Neil Bennie, Australia

‘Well, what can we say?  With such fabulous reviews why go anywhere else?  The evidence speaks for itself!  For a service second to none, with spacious apartments, conveniently situated near to Central London, there is no better place than Euracom to book your next holiday or business trip.  We’ll guarantee you the trip of a lifetime, without breaking the bank!  (Although we don’t recommend you swinging any cats around to test the size of our apartments, they will speak for themselves!)‘

Euracom Comes To West Hampstead!

Where are the coolest, hippest areas of London? Vox pops on the streets will give you Shoreditch, Hoxton and the staple on any list, Camden, but there’s a new sheriff in town! Actually it’s not that new as you’ll see when you read the blog on the website but we have acquired a fantastic new property in West Hampstead and you, our lucky readers, are the very first people in the whole world to get the chance to book your stay! Read on to find out more about London’s newest-oldest coolest area!

West Hampstead is, as the name suggests, west of Hampstead, one of London’s most exclusive (and expensive) residential areas and you should expect no change from £10m if you want a five-bedroom family home there. However just a mile or so away is West Hampstead. Bordered by Childs Hill to the north, Swiss Cottage to the east, South Hampstead to, yes correct, the south and Kilburn and Cricklewood to the west-ish, the area is a thriving, friendly community with a real, old-school Bohemian vibe. Some say it’s a yuppie stronghold and while that’s true to a certain extent, you’ll find all sorts of people buzzing around, from City-types to aged hippies to families, young urbanites and the newly crowned millennials.

By and large, West Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden can be defined by one street, West End Lane, the main drag that dissects the area and it’s one of the very best high streets in London. While the whole world is fixated with massive, sprawling shopping malls with hundreds of shops, dozens of food chains and ample parking, West Hampstead has stayed a proper, classic English high street, but it wasn’t always like that…

In the 13th century, the area was known as ‘le Rudyng’, an old English term meaning ‘woodland clearing’ and it’s believed there was a dwelling of some sort on the land at that time. It stayed ostensibly rural for another 200 years but by the mid-1500s the village was called West End, a freehold estate belonging to Kilburn Priory, a small monastic community of nuns. There was an estate house extant by the mid-1600s and it was around this time that West End Lane was so named.

If you’ve ever driven the length of West End Lane from Finchley Road to Swiss Cottage, you notice a hard left-to-right kink. It’s been there for the best part of 500 years because it was used to delineate the individual estates from each other but as time passed, more and more houses were built by London’s merchants and it turned in to a proper, working village.

From the start of the 1800s, there were three major residences in the village – West End House, West End Hall and Lauriston Lodge and interestingly, when the railways arrived 50 years later the estates were sold off to redevelop the area into a thriving commuter town. In 1879 when the railway board called the stations West Hampstead, the area became so called as well, presumably to distinguish it from the more well-known West End further into central London although this was challenged by a local estate agent who claimed he coined the name – they really don’t change, do they?!

As the 19th century turned the corner into the 20th, public amenities like street lights, gas and electricity were provided and the frontages of West End Lane started to take shape as shops.

In 1952, when celebrated German-born British architectural historian Sir Nikolaus Pevsner, best known for his 46-volume county-by-county guides The Buildings of England came to West Hampstead, he wrote that the area was only worth visiting to see the great collection of Victorian churches, going as far as saying ‘the houses and streets require no notice…’

He was right about a lot of the country but he was most certainly wrong about that!

West Hampstead is a friendly, safe, down-to-earth sort of place and somewhat of a social hub. It retains a village feel with a Bohemian vibe and if you take a stroll down West End Lane, you’ll find some excellent restaurants, cafés, cosy pubs and bars from all over the world, quirky boutiques, delicatessens and bakeries and some very cool shops selling all sorts, including art, furniture, clothes and books. You are also minutes away from the vast expanse of Hampstead Heath, a big draw for any visitor to London.

west-end-lane

For these reason (and many others), we have acquired a fantastic property within walking distance of the Jubilee Line at West Hampstead as well as the overground station of the same name that will take you into central London in 10-15 minutes. Clickhere for the full details of these fantastic, newly-refurbished apartments, all furnished with fully fitted kitchens, large double beds and luxury bathrooms. They are perfect for tourists, corporate travellers, couples and families coming to London looking for a perfectly located apartment from where to explore our fantastic city!
