These Conditions represent Euracom's terms of business and the basis upon which Euracom agrees to provide services in connection with the letting of residential accommodation and property or other specified 'Services' to guests and tenants to the exclusion of all other conditions of business.

A minimum of two nights applies to all bookings.
Guests and tenants of some properties will be required to complete a booking form and may also be required to enter into booking or rental agreements with relevant landlords in addition to their agreement with Euracom. Any person booking on behalf of a guest or tenant shall be taken as booking as principal and is liable for the guest or tenant. Any such person agrees to indemnify Euracom for any breach, non-payment, loss or damage caused by such guest or tenant.
A £100 or £150 non-refundable deposit is required to make a confirmed booking or bookings in excess of four weeks, the deposit required will be equivalent to one week’s rent. The deposit forms part of the total amount due. The balance of the account should reach us 35 days prior to your arrival. A booking fee of £39 will be added to your account for each booking. A contract fee may be applied to certain long-term bookings where the property requires a contract or agreement to be completed. You will be notified if this is applicable.
For bookings or properties that require a security deposit (usually long stays) we require 4 weeks rent in advance and a deposit of one week’s rent for bookings up to 3 months, 3-6 months a 2 weeks deposit and 6 months plus 4 weeks deposit.
All bookings which are quoted on our website are charged in Pounds Sterling.
Euracom’s PREFFERED method of payment is Bank or Wire Transfer

When sending your remittance please quote Euracom's booking reservation number. A copy of the bank transfer document should be faxed to Euracom. Please add £15 sterling to the amount being transferred to cover the cost of International Banking Charges. If payments are not made within the required time, Euracom reserves the right to cancel the booking. Unless otherwise stated prices are inclusive of VAT, which is applied in accordance with the Tour Operators Margin Scheme. If payment is not made on the due date, Euracom is entitled, without limiting any other rights it may have, to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 4% above the base rate from time to time of Barclays Bank plc from the due date until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Please note we only accept UK Debit Cards. Credit Card payments can only be accepted if paying a deposit – all balances will need to be paid by Bank or Wire Transfer.
We will not accept corporate credit cards.
Cheques will be accepted, made payable to “Euracom “. All cheques payments are to be received and cleared into our bank by the 35th day prior to the arrival date.
Credit Card imprints may be required on or prior to arrival to cover the cost of any phone calls or extras. Telephone accounts and any extras must be settled in full prior to departure.
Clients should be aware that they will be liable for any damages or breakages caused whilst in the accommodation. At some apartments a security deposit will be required in connection with the booking and the deposit shall be security for any damages or breakages caused to the accommodation. You will be notified if this is applicable.
A £20 administration charge will be charged for any amendment made once a booking has been confirmed. Additionally, where the amendment or cancellation arises from the client's instructions and is not due to an error on the part of Euracom, then the original credit card surcharge will not be refunded.
- More than 35 days prior to arrival date: In the event of cancellation once a confirmed reservation has been made the deposit will be forfeit.
- Less than 35 days prior to arrival date: For cancellation or non-arrival a charge equivalent to the full stay will apply. A partial refund may be made, less an administration charge of £20, in the event that the apartment is re-let.
Refunds will not be made after arrival.
In most cases, check in is after 2.00 pm and check out is before 10.00 am.
Smoking is not permitted in the common parts of all apartment buildings shown on our website. Individual locations will have different policies regarding smoking in their apartments. Please check with Euracom at the time of booking.
Euracom does not disclose personal data to third parties other than as permitted. Euracom operates a data protection policy. Any party to this contract consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Euracom has taken reasonable care to ensure the quality of the accommodation and properties offered and cannot accept any liability for any dissatisfaction with regard to the properties. Unless expressly stated to the contrary by Euracom in writing, Euracom acts as an agent for principals.
Euracom reserves the right to alter prices or accommodation without notice due to circumstances beyond Euracom's control.
Euracom acts as an agent in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any acts/defaults caused by third parties or any legal liability of any landlord or owner.
Euracom recommends that clients purchase travel insurance.
Euracom does not warrant, guarantee or undertake any matters on behalf of any third party supplier or any landlord of any property.
Details of the landlord or owner will be given on request.
Every effort has been taken in the compilation of Euracom's marketing materials, but Euracom cannot accept responsibility for any errors in such material which is intended for guidance only. The photographs printed in Euracom's marketing materials have been provided by the owners of the properties as an example of their accommodation and do not necessarily represent the apartment type or accommodation booked.
Euracom acts as agent for landlords and owners of residential properties. Unless expressly stated to the contrary in writing, Euracom enters into contracts for the letting of property with guests or tenants either as agent for a named principal or as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal.
In no circumstances will Euracom be liable to any tenant in respect of any property or relating to any damage or defect in the property, breach of any tenancy or letting agreement and any other breach by or on the part of the landlord including the failure to return a deposit.
Euracom will provide the Services using reasonable care and skill. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Euracom’s negligence, or as expressly provided in these Conditions, Euracom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss which arises out of or in connection with the accommodation or the provision of the Services or their use. All other warranties terms and conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The entire liability of Euracom to any person shall not in any event exceed the amount of the charges paid to Euracom. The liability of Euracom shall be pro-rata and only relate to the unused portion of the stay as from the date of the claim.
Euracom shall be fully indemnified by guests and tenants against any loss claim or liability whatsoever incurred or suffered by Euracom as a result of negligence or any default by any person, guest or tenant (or their employees, agents or representatives) of their obligations to Euracom however arising in connection with any property or the Services.
Euracom shall not be liable to any person by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of Euracom's obligations under the Contract if the delay or failure was due to any circumstances or cause beyond Euracom's reasonable control.
The Contract may be terminated by Euracom if the other party to the Contract commits any material breach of any term of these Conditions and which (in the case of a breach capable of being remedied) shall not have been remedied within two (2) days of a written request to remedy the same.
Euracom may terminate the Contract immediately upon notice if payment of any sum due to Euracom is not made on the due date.
Euracom may assign the Contract at any time or employ sub-contractors for carrying out any part of the Services.
If any provision of the Contract is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Contract and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
English law shall apply to the Contract and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
